Kerala Gaming Community is designed as a creator discovery, community, and media platform for Kerala gaming creators, streamers, communities, and related content.

You may use KGC only if you can lawfully do so and only in compliance with these terms and applicable rules.

You may use KGC to browse public information, follow official external links, submit owner-approved requests where available, and contact KGC through official channels.

You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, submit false information, scrape, spam, attack, overload, or interfere with the platform.

You must not attempt to access admin areas, private data, internal IDs, provider identifiers, or non-public systems.

You must not use KGC to solicit payments outside approved KGC policies or promote illegal activity or unsafe content.

KGC does not operate online games. Users cannot play games on KGC. Users cannot deposit, stake, wager, bet, gamble, or win prizes through KGC.

KGC does not operate online games, betting, gambling, wagering, fantasy sports, casino games, lottery, paid contests, real-money gaming, or games of chance.

Creator profiles and listings are informational discovery content. External platforms are not controlled by KGC and may have their own terms, privacy policies, payment systems, moderation rules, and content practices.

KGC does not currently collect payments or process creator payouts.

There is no active Razorpay checkout, donation, tip, paid support, sponsorship payment, creator payout, refund, dispute, paid contest, or game-entry payment flow on KGC.

Future creator support, if introduced, would be voluntary support for creators or content and not entry into any game, contest, wager, bet, fantasy sport, prize activity, or game-of-chance activity.

Any future payment feature would require separate owner approval, legal/accounting review, payment-provider review, refund/dispute policy, payout policy, privacy review, and updated public terms before launch.

KGC content, site text, page design, creator names, handles, third-party marks, and media may belong to KGC, creators, or their respective owners.

KGC provides discovery and media information on an as-available basis and does not guarantee creator availability, external platform accuracy, payments, payouts, sponsorships, user outcomes, or uninterrupted access.
