KGC helps visitors understand and discover gaming creators, streamer communities, public creator links, events, clips, and related gaming culture.

KGC is not designed as a game operator. It is a discovery and media platform around creators and gaming culture.

KGC does not operate games. Users cannot play games on KGC. Users cannot deposit money, stake money, bet, gamble, wager, or win prizes through KGC.

KGC does not operate online games, betting, gambling, wagering, fantasy sports, casino games, lottery, paid contests, real-money gaming, or games of chance.

KGC does not currently collect payments or process creator payouts.

There is no active Razorpay checkout, donation, tip, paid support, sponsorship payment, creator payout, refund, dispute, paid contest, or game-entry payment flow on KGC.

Creator and community information may point visitors toward creator-owned or third-party platforms. Those external platforms have their own terms, privacy practices, payment systems, and content rules.

Future creator support, if introduced, would be voluntary support for creators or content and not entry into a game, contest, wager, bet, prize activity, fantasy sport, or game-of-chance activity.

Any future payment feature would require separate policy, legal/accounting, privacy, refund/dispute, payout, and payment-provider review before launch.
