Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the current no-payment status of Kerala Gaming Community and how mistaken payment or impersonation concerns can be reported.

Current No-Payment Status

KGC does not currently collect payments or process creator payouts.

No purchases, subscriptions, creator payouts, donations, tips, paid support, paid contests, game-entry fees, sponsorship payments, or paid services are currently active through KGC.

No Current Refunds or Cancellations

Because KGC does not currently collect payments, KGC does not currently process refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, creator payout reversals, or payment-related settlement requests.

Future Payment Features

If payment features are introduced later, this policy will be updated before launch.

Future payment features, if any, will require separate owner approval, payment-provider review, legal/accounting review, privacy review, refund/dispute policy, payout policy, fraud/abuse review, and admin observability.

Mistaken Payment or Impersonation Concerns

If someone believes they paid KGC by mistake, paid an impersonator, or encountered a fake KGC payment request, they should contact KGC through the official contact/grievance channel.

When reporting, users should provide non-sensitive details such as date, amount, public link, screenshot, and the contact or channel involved. Users should not share full card numbers, OTPs, passwords, banking passwords, private keys, or other secrets.
